Dual-row vineyard spraying for narrow and structured vine rows
TAVOR Vineyard Sprayer is built specifically for vineyard work, with its main advantage centered on simultaneous dual-row spraying. Instead of treating one row at a time, the machine allows the grower to spray two vineyard rows in one pass, helping improve daily productivity and making long seasonal treatment programs more efficient. This is especially important in narrow vineyard rows, where the sprayer must combine good working speed with controlled application and stable positioning inside a limited planting structure.
With a trailing stainless steel tank from 1000 to 3000 L and a 200 L hydraulic tank, TAVOR is designed for farms that need longer operating intervals and fewer refill stops during repeated vineyard spraying. Its 2 movable hydraulic arms with width control are one of the most practical features of the machine, because they allow the spraying system to adapt to different row widths and maintain a more useful working position under real vineyard conditions. For the grower, this means a machine that is not only productive, but also better matched to the physical structure of the vineyard itself.
Controlled vineyard application with operator-focused handling
The practical strength of TAVOR lies in the way it combines productivity with controlled vineyard application. The spraying system uses 16 nozzles with variable spacing, Red Berilla sprinklers, and a 105 L/min Bertolini CKA 110-P piston pump, giving the grower a professional treatment platform that can be adjusted to vineyard layout and spraying requirements. The machine can be equipped with mechanical, electronic, or computerized control, and the controls are positioned adjacent to the operator, which makes long working days more convenient and helps keep the spraying process easier to manage in daily use.
One of the distinctive options planned for TAVOR Vineyard Sprayer is an ozonator system currently under development and testing. The unit is designed to add ozone to the water, supporting treatment against bacteria, fungi, and other harmful biological agents while reducing dependence on synthetic chemical applications. Together with the machine’s reinforced steel frame, stainless steel tank, and vineyard-specific dual-row design, this gives TAVOR a strong forward-looking position for growers interested in more sustainable vineyard treatment methods. Optional rear hose reels with spot spray gun also add flexibility for localized treatment where direct manual spraying is needed.
