Product Description

Rear-fan orchard sprayer with protected tunnel-drive layout

QUMRAN-913 is built for growers who need a serious orchard sprayer for high-capacity, accurate, and repeatable treatment in demanding commercial plantations. With a 3000 L stainless steel tank, a reinforced body and axle, and a working platform designed for long seasonal use, the machine is suited to farms that need strong daily productivity, fewer refill stops, and dependable operation under hot, dusty, and intensive working conditions.

One of the defining features of QUMRAN-913 is its rear-fan configuration. Unlike more conventional orchard sprayers where the airflow unit is positioned ahead of the tank, this machine uses a protected tunnel-drive system through the tank to transmit power to the rear airflow unit. In practical farm use, this layout helps keep the main fan assembly farther from the tractor operator, supports cleaner fan intake with less exposure to leaves, debris, and spray contamination, and creates a practical heavy-duty structure for orchard work. Similar rear-fan / reverse-fan orchard sprayer concepts are used by other manufacturers specifically to improve intake cleanliness and reduce debris loading around the fan system.

Controlled orchard spraying with strong airflow and operator-focused design

The spraying system is built around a Fieni 913 fan, 2 long + 2 short spray arches, 94 ceramic nozzles, and 56 distribution valves, creating a structured air-assisted spray pattern for orchard rows. Together with Arag Bravo-180 / Bertolini Bueno control options and a speed sensor, the machine allows the spraying process to be managed in a more controlled way from the tractor during long workdays. This gives the operator better consistency in treatment routines and more practical control across intensive orchard spraying programs.

QUMRAN-913 is also built as a practical field machine, not just a spray unit on wheels. Its front stainless-steel basket adds useful carrying capacity for chemical containers, tools, and working accessories, while the 150 L/min diaphragm pump and dual injector mixing system support stable operation throughout repeated orchard use. In real working conditions, the machine’s more controlled air-assisted layout can help support more careful use of water and crop-protection materials by keeping the spraying process more organized and reducing unnecessary loss outside the intended treatment zone. Rear-fan orchard sprayer concepts in the wider market are also associated with cleaner intake airflow and reduced contamination around the fan system, which fits the operator-comfort and serviceability logic of this design.
