Powerful Side-Airflow Sprayer for Leafy Orchards
The Air Tower is a high-performance trailed orchard sprayer designed for farms that need strong, stable, and uniform spraying in dense orchards. Unlike classic orchard sprayers that mainly direct airflow upward, the Air Tower is built to push a powerful air stream sideways through the tree canopy. This makes it especially effective for apple orchards and other fruit plantations with heavy foliage.
With side distribution up to 16 meters, the Air Tower helps the operator treat wide orchard rows efficiently while maintaining strong air movement inside the canopy. The directed airflow moves the leaves, opens the tree structure, and helps carry spray droplets deeper into the foliage for better coverage of both outer and inner leaf surfaces..
The Air Tower is equipped with the Fieni D.913-57RDVPL sprayer unit, featuring a 913 mm nylon fan with 9 blades and a CM12 gearbox with two working speeds and neutral position. The fan is designed for high air volume, reaching up to 48,230 m³/h, giving the machine the airflow needed for intensive orchard work and dense foliage conditions.
The sprayer can be built with stainless steel tanks from 1000 to 3000 liters and configured with Bertolini pump options, ceramic Albuz nozzles, stainless steel nozzle pipes, PVC 40-bar hoses, and mechanical, electric, or computer-based control. The machine can also be supplied with quick-hitch or 3-point linkage mounting, making tractor connection faster and more convenient during daily field work.
