Tunnel Bellow Sprayer

A towed bellow sprayer intended for spraying orchards for disease and pest control in the orchard.

Gearbox including speed choice and neutral gear permitting the operator to work without a bellow at a pressure of at least 10 atmospheres.
Centrifugal clutch for preventing breakage.
Turbo bellow with air distributors for maximal bellow output.
The bellow is equipped with reinforced plastic wings with an option to change the angle, permitting adjusting the machine to the tractor’s dimensions and/or changing the bellow’s output air speed.
The tank is equipped with a mechanical or hydraulic stirrer.
Two spraying arches, each with 28 sprinklers.
An option to add a half-arch with 16 sprinklers. Arches are movable by the operator.
Control system for opening and closing the sprayer by a system of electric or mechanical valves from the operator’s seat.
The bellow is located on the sprayer’s rear side, away from the operator.
Operating the bellow by a line going through a tunnel in the spraying tank.
A unique option for a shaft accurately following the tractor’s wheels.
