Mini Inflatable Sleeve Sprayer is a compact mounted sprayer designed for growers who need accurate and controlled crop protection in conditions where drift reduction, chemical efficiency, and reliable coverage are critical. Its mounted design makes it practical for narrower working areas, headlands, service lanes, field edges, and other zones where larger spraying systems are less convenient. With working-width options from 4.5 to 10 m, the machine can be adapted to different crop layouts and operating conditions while remaining compact, precise, and easy to handle.
The inflatable air-sleeve system does more than simply direct the spray forward. It creates a controlled air stream around the spray zone, causing leaves and stems to move during application. As the crop canopy becomes more active, the spray can reach not only the outer surface of the plant, but also deeper parts of the canopy, covering more of the leaf and stem area from different angles. This helps improve coverage and supports more effective plant protection, especially where uniform application is essential.
